PROJECT OVERVIEW: 

The Quantity Survey (QS) Department at Solarvest Holdings Sdn Bhd aims to enhance operational efficiency by streamlining and automating key workflows. The initiative focuses on transforming traditionally manual processes into a seamless, automated system to reduce errors, save time, and improve overall productivity. 

Key workflows targeted for improvement include: 

1. Invoice Management: Introducing a centralized and systematic solution for managing vendor invoices, enabling faster approvals and enhanced tracking to replace current email-based processes. 

Remarks: The person should be equipped with knowledge in API connection as well.
