Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. While this is a remote position, candidates must be based in the Cleveland area to attend occasional in-person meetings and collaborate closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Photography Integration: Collaborate with our photography team to showcase our work, ensuring that our visual content aligns with our brand identity.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering relationships with current and potential clients.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools, implementing best practices to enhance our online presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and photography teams to align social media content with business objectives and upcoming sessions.
