Position Overview

With 1–4 years of experience, our next Junior Copywriter/Copywriter is:

• An AI whiz—proficient in using AI to fuel research, strategy and first drafts
• A strategist—turning client briefs into razor-sharp big ideas and creative solutions
• A creative spark—your words stop thumbs and start conversations

In today’s fast-moving landscape, harnessing AI isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential for uncovering insights quickly, iterating ideas at speed, and staying competitive across channels.

• A mini campaign deck (5 slides) based on a mock brief of your choice that demonstrates your strategic storytelling, creative flair and AI integration:

1. Strategy & Insight: Set up the narrative powered by your research and fresh insights

2. Big Idea & Tagline: Present your core concept and a memorable campaign tagline

3. Channel Plan & Communications: Sample content for at least two platforms

4. Visual Moodboard: Collage of visual cues, brand attributes and style directions

5. Appendix: List the exact prompts you used and the raw AI outputs

We’ll be looking at how you integrate AI and your overall creative sense and critical judgment.
