URGENT HIRING: Part-Time Telemarketer (LRT nearby)

Project Desciption

We are looking for proactive and confident individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telemarketers at our B2B sales agency (https://aeconnect.biz/). You’ll play a key role in reaching out to prospects, promoting products and services, and supporting our clients’ business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to introduce and promote products or services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with decision-makers and handle objections professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to meet targets.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
• Able to work minimum 3 months (the longer, the better).
• Opportunity for full-time conversion
• Must work on-site at Bandar Puchong Jaya (LRT accessible).

Details:

• Working Hours: 6 hours daily (Monday – Friday)
• Salary: RM1,200 – RM1,500 + attractive performance bonus
• Start Date: October (urgent hiring)
