About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Real Estate Cold Caller & Skip Tracer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify property owners through skip tracing and connect with them via outbound calls to pre-qualify leads for our real estate business. This is a long-term position with consistent work and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct skip tracing to accurately locate property owners’ contact information.

Make outbound cold calls to property owners.

Follow provided scripts to qualify leads and gather necessary property information.

Accurately record call results, lead details, and conversation notes in the CRM.

Meet daily/weekly call quotas and performance targets.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during calls.

Collaborate with the team to improve lead quality and calling strategies.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills — neutral or minimal accent.

Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.

Quiet home office setup and reliable internet connection 

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
