Project Desciption

I’m updating three key areas of my home and need realistic 3-dimensional visuals that capture a modern, elegant & minimalist aesthetic. The project covers the living room, primary bedroom, and kitchen. Living Room This space is meant for laid-back family relaxation, so the mood should be calm and uncluttered—think airy sightlines, neutral tones, and just enough texture to feel welcoming. Bedroom & Kitchen Carry the same pared-back language into the bedroom, favouring soothing palettes and integrated storage, then translate it to a functional, fuss-free kitchen layout with streamlined cabinetry and concealed appliances.

Deliverables
• Three photorealistic renderings per room (wide, focal, and detail angles)
• Native 3D files (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp—or your preferred package) plus exported OBJ/FBX
• A simple materials/furnishings list so I can source items locally
• Up to two revision rounds after the first draft of each room I’ll supply floor plans and reference photos as soon as we start. If you’re comfortable creating minimalist interiors and can render them convincingly, I’m ready to review your portfolio and get underway.
