Social Media Executive (Remote)

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive on behalf of our client, an Australia-based funds management company established in 2016 with diversified business activities. The organisation has also expanded into the aged care sector, including recruitment and talent-related services, and operates in a dynamic, startup-oriented environment. With offices across Australia and an international presence in Hong Kong and Malaysia, the company continues to develop its footprint across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create persuasive and engaging content in English for social media campaigns.
• Develop short-form videos and other creative media for online branding.
• Publish 3–5 posts weekly across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
• Focus primarily on creating posts (approximately 80%), with secondary involvement in short video content (approximately 20%).
• Track and analyse KPIs such as audience growth, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Assist in planning and optimising paid campaigns on social media platforms, with a focus on lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, hooks, and calls-to-action.
• Monitor campaign performance (CPL, ROAS) and assist with budget management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, likable, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media management platforms is a plus.
