Key Responsibilities​

1. Field Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and C&I energy storage system, PV panels, and other renewable energy products. Identify potential customers through exhibition, street promotions, cold visits, and retail store visits, including investors, distributors, installers, EPC, endusers, etc, and drive sales through proactive prospecting, presentation, and negotiation.​

2. Basic Channel Development: Develop previous customers and partners. Seek and report potential new distribution partners and assist in initial partnership discussions. Support maintenance of existing local dealer channels by visiting to ensure proper product display and provide foundational sales training. 

3. Customer Relationship Management: Directly engage customers to understand customer needs, provide professional product recommendations and solutions, and ensure highquality aftersales service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Build and maintain longterm, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

4. Market AnalysisProvide regular market reports and feedback to the management team. Keep a close eye on the energy storage and renewable energy market trends, competitor activities, and local policy updates.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to ensure seamless coordination in product promotion, delivery, and customer support.

Qualifications​

1. Bachelor above degree required, renewable energy, electrical engineering, and business administration major preferred.

2. Experience: 3+ years of offline sales experience in PV energy, energy storage, renewable energy field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SEA market, especially in local market.

3. Skills: Strong face-to-face communication skills in English and local language, well understanding in local culture and business etiquette. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

4. Flexible outdoor and non-office working environment, basic digital literacy required,familiar with office software.

5. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, comfortable starting in an execution-focused role, and able to thrive in a “volume-driven”sales model.
