We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in processing financial transactions, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting smooth day-to-day workflows behind the scenes.

⏳ Shift Structure:

This position involves working a rotating three-shift schedule based on Central European Time (CET/CEST): 07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, and 23:00–07:00. You will work five days per week, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.

For candidates based in Southeast Asia, these shifts typically correspond to the following local working hours:

  • UTC+7 – 13:00–21:00 / 21:00–05:00 / 05:00–13:00
  • UTC+8 – 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 / 06:00–14:00
  • UTC+9 – 15:00–23:00 / 23:00–07:00 / 07:00–15:00

This means that, depending on the rotation, you will regularly work evening, overnight, and early morning shifts in your local time.

Please note that shift timings may adjust by one hour during parts of the year due to daylight saving time changes in Europe (CET/CEST).

  • Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify transaction details and ensure accuracy before finalizing payments.
  • Monitor and maintain account balances across payment systems.
  • Support Customer Support agents by resolving payment-related issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and identify process improvements.
  • Assist shift leaders and managers with operational tasks as needed.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance team efficiency and develop your expertise.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members when needed.
