ABOUT US
Alpha Smart Home Empire provides home renovation, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom renovation, plaster ceiling, tiling, painting and smart home installation services.

We are looking for a freelancer to document two ongoing house renovations and create content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

PROJECT LOCATIONS
• Pulai, Johor Bahru — approximately 45% completed.
• Sierra Perdana, Johor — approximately 8% completed.

Both homeowners have agreed to filming and sharing the renovation work.

REQUIRED WORK

1. Initial site filming
   Visit both houses to photograph and film the current condition and progress. Guide us on recording suitable phone footage, including angles, lighting and shots to capture.
2. Simple weekly progress videos
   We will record videos of the work we carry out and send the footage to you for editing.

Our target is five short vertical videos in total each week. These can feature either project, depending on the work and footage available; five videos are required across both projects combined.

Each video should be around 15–30 seconds, with simple editing, readable subtitles, company branding and contact details.

3. Final filming and showcase videos
   Return when each renovation is completed to film the finished results. Produce one showcase video per house using our before-work footage, progress clips and professionally filmed completion shots.

We want an intermediate production level: good composition, clear lighting, clean editing, suitable music and before-and-after comparisons. Elaborate effects are unnecessary.

The houses may finish at different times. Please quote based on an initial and completion shoot for each house, and indicate any savings if visits can be combined.

OPTIONAL SERVICES
Please quote separately if you also offer:
• Captions, scheduling and posting on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Banner, flyer and social media graphic design.
• Facebook/Instagram advertising management.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL
• Your location and availability to travel to both sites.
• Filming fees, including travel and shoot duration.
• Weekly or monthly editing fees for five simple videos per week in total.
• Pricing and proposed length for each final showcase video.
• Delivery times and included revision rounds.
• Whether original footage and editable design files are included.
• Any additional charges.

We prefer natural footage of our actual work, with clear explanations and simple, professional presentation. We are open to your suggestions for a practical ongoing arrangement.
