I previously worked as a Data Entry Clerk at a company secretarial firm, where I was responsible for entering, updating, and cleansing accounting data using the UBS Accounting Software system. My role required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that financial records were properly maintained and organized.
Throughout my employment, I handled accounting data for multiple clients and was able to complete data entry and reconciliation tasks for approximately four to five companies’ accounting periods within a month. This experience strengthened my technical proficiency in accounting software, data management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Working in this role also enhanced my understanding of accounting records, financial documentation, and the importance of maintaining accurate and reliable financial information to support business operations.
I previously worked as a Sales Assistant at TMG Group, where I was assigned to the Canned Food Department. My responsibilities included assisting customers, managing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring products were properly organized and available for sale.
During my time at TMG Group, I had the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment alongside colleagues from various backgrounds, including Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Nepali communities. This experience enhanced my communication skills, teamwork abilities, and cultural awareness, allowing me to collaborate effectively with people from different cultures and perspectives.
The role also helped me develop strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Through daily interactions with customers and team members, I learned the importance of professionalism, cooperation, and maintaining high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Through my studies, I have gained experience in problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and professional communication, which help me deliver organized and reliable work in both academic and freelance environments.
