I am writing to express my interest in Architectural / Interior Design work.  I will have the opportunity to work in architecture, landscape, and interior design in a professional setting. Furthermore, I am confident that I have the specific qualities that you are looking for in a candidate.

I am a student of Master’s in Landscape Architecture at the University of Putra Malaysia, Department of Architecture & Design. Town student looking for part-time positions to suitable around my studies. I have more than 11 years of experience directing Residential, Industrial, commercial, Architecture space planning, Interior design, and Renovation projects. Strong knowledge of team schedules, budgets, construction, documentation, and project management. Perform multiple tasks and multiple projects. I am available for up to 20 hours per week on top of my studies and have a flexible schedule, Truly, my goal is to complete my higher Study. Besides, I make myself more efficient by doing practical work sometimes.

Recently I was working in a well-known Real Estate Company SANMAR PROPERTIES LTD as an ARCHITECT (Deputy Manager) in planning, design, development & Management-[PDDM] from 5th May 2019 to 25th January 2023.

     ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
     Regular meetings on the project status according to management rules.
     GFC 2d & 3d design & construction drawing provide to the coordinator of (PMED) & BPC as per the managing guidelines.
     Teamwork with the discussion makes of the concerned project Architect (PDDM) for the design progress & implementation.
     Design & Drawing support for site construction as per the deadline.
     Daily site supervision on the running project as per schedule the management instruction.
     Coordination to project manager (PM), Site Engr. & General Manager (GM) department of planning management & Engineering department (PMED), Mechanical & Electrical Planning (MEP), supply China management, and sales & marketing department support for site construction.
     Quality control on the site construction as per GFC design.
     Specifying the nature and assessment of materials required.
     Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of the Project Engineer and other concerned persons
     Monitoring the project from start to finish.
     Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and within budget.
     Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
     Instance problem solution by hand sketching of the running project as per the Design required
     Materials selection & market survey for the finishing stage of the project aspect.
     Applied layout checking on the site construction as per design & drawing.
     Space planning, Landscape architecture design & Interior design presentation as per VC & management required.
     Strongly quality makes sure of the finishing work of the constructed project
     Regular report updates to the authority as per managing rules.
