11 years of experience in the Contact Centre industry, with diverse client backgrounds, has taught me a lot. I built a solid foundation and gained a wealth of experience in people management, project management, performance improvement and system enhancement.
My team members matter equally to me as my clients and customers. Grooming my team members for the next level has always been a passion for me. As Richard Branson had once said, “If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients”. And a smile on my customer’s face, even over the phone, is worth the while for me.
