Maintain accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Upload salaries via e-AmPayDay, issue e-payslips, and ensure timely statutory contributions.
Prepare monthly payroll reports for Finance and CFO, and handle EA forms and Borang E submission.
Address employee payroll inquiries and liaise with government agencies for compliance matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Oversee the full recruitment cycle including requisition monitoring, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain recruitment database and ensure proper hiring documentation (medical checkup, offer letters, etc.).
Conduct employee inductions, focusing on staff benefits and policies.
Personnel Administration
Update and maintain staff records in payroll systems, files, and staff listings.
Handle staff confirmations, contract renewals, and resignation processes.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support ad hoc HR initiatives and provide reports as requested by the Senior HR Manager.
