My name is Farid, and I hold a degree in Accounting. I began my career in Accounts Payable before being promoted to Tax Officer during the rollout of GST in Malaysia. I later transitioned into retail management, serving as Station Manager for nearly five years, where I successfully led projects with Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) and oversaw resort operations.
During my tenure as Station Manager, I was also entrusted with responsibilities in the Office of the COO, acting as Executive Assistant to the Dato’ COO. In this dual capacity, I managed retail operations and projects, while also supporting high-level decision-making through structured follow-ups, reporting, and the delegation of key tasks across departments.
