Processing Department (6 Months) :
– Ekyc for insurance client from Singapore
– Checking client details before approve in system.
– Escalate to Financial Advisor/Manager/Team Leader for any issue.
– Data entry
Business Support Department :
– Create Financial Advisor code for 11 insurer for LIFE License, General Insurance (GI) and CIS them to sell the product.
– Handling FC issue if they can’t login into insurer website
– Reset password, create insurer website account such as HSBC, Singlife, FWD etc.
– Handling FC issue and complaint.
