Dayalan Commarl Eighty Eight Technologies Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian Industry 4.0 company based in Penang. We supply and integrate industrial robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), automated guided forklifts (AGF), and cleaning robots for manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial clients across Malaysia. Our robot brands include AITEN (AGF), KEENON (AMR/cleaning), and QJR/QJAR (industrial arms).
We are growing our robotics business and need a skilled planner who can take client site information and turn it into a complete, professional robotics deployment plan.
The Role
Once we close a lead or get a site visit, we will hand you the client details — their facility layout, workflow challenges, and requirements. Your job is to plan the full robotics solution and produce deliverables we can present to the client.
What you’ll be doing:
∙Review client site information, floor layouts, and operational requirements
∙Recommend the right robot type, model, and quantity for the application
∙Plan robot placement, traffic flow, charging zones, and safety exclusion areas
∙Produce (or coordinate) layout drawings / CAD diagrams showing robot deployment
∙Define integration requirements (PLC, WMS, ERP touchpoints if any)
∙Estimate implementation timeline and phasing
∙Prepare a planning report or presentation we can use for client proposals
∙Flag any site preparation requirements (flooring, clearance, power, network)
What We’re Looking For:
∙Proven experience in industrial robotics, AMR/AGF deployment, or factory automation planning
∙Ability to read and work with floor plans and facility layouts
∙Experience with robot brands such as KEENON, AITEN, Geek+, STILL, or similar
∙Strong technical documentation skills
∙CAD proficiency is a plus but not required
