· Providing full range of secretarial and administrative support for HOD
· Assisting and supporting all executives in the department in their daily administrative work
· Managing staff personal file & correspondence documentation.
· Organizing and maintaining department files and records
· Managing records on staff annual leave, MC, manpower phone lists and departments database etc.
· Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments and organize meeting rooms.
· Screening telephone calls, email correspondence, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate/ channeling them to the relevant executives.
· Assisting in upkeeping and monitoring maintenance and service of equipment of the department.
· Preparing annual budget and reports of fixed asset listing for department
· Sourcing for suppliers and materials as and when required
· Coordinate distribution of annual festive gifts, hampers and calendars.
· Attending to courier, postal, fax banking and relevant administrative issues.
· Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work
· Provide necessary supervision to the students and report students’ discipline issues to the Student Affairs staff
· Schedule and prepare examination papers and assignments
· Monitor the performance and progress of each student, including academic counselling
· Give feedback to Management about the continual improvement of the class performance
· Mark and grade all course work, assignments and examination papers

• Ensure all returns and documents required to be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia are properly prepared and lodge within the deadlines.
• Keeping and maintaining proper statutory books, register books, and secretarial fees of the companies and ensure all company information/documents recorder/kept therein are up-to-date
• Additional ad hoc related to company secretarial
• Assume statutory duties and responsibilities as defined in the Companies Act
• Independently oversees and manages the overall corporate secretarial functions
• Provide advice to directors and management on company secretarial related matters
