WENG SENG FONG IT Program / Project Manager Have had attained more than 18 years progressive IT Project experiences in various aspect in Tele-communications, Energy, Financial Services, Oil & Gas Industries, and Manufacturing industries. Over the years, I have had successfully delivered and implemented various medium and large-scale projects at enterprise-level initiatives, from Data Analytics/ETL/AIOT, Global & Domestic Network Infrastructure Services, Software Application solutions, Development & Methodologies, Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure, to Systems Management, resulting in at least 85% of projects being delivered within scope, time-frame, and budget. Having adopted and operated Projects with Waterfall, Agile & Scrum methodologies environment, coupled with proven portfolio and business management skills, and the ability to lead and communicate multi-countries and cross functional teams. My other portfolio includes, Change Management, managing pre-sales activities and bid management.
Carefully monitoring and tracking project activities progress, have allowed me to deal with various principles, sub-contractors and suppliers to solve issues and delivering the agreed scope. I believe two of the utmost importance of managing projects, are of good communication and people management, which I would personally interpret and explain project related plans, strategies, and contract terms. Ability to collaborate and influence with various senior level stakeholders, with potentially conflicting business requirements, to define a clear strategy.
