Dr Hasmira Alias Chief Assistant Director Dear anyone who needs my expertise,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dr. Hasmira binti Alias, and I recently graduated with a PhD in Educational Planning and Policy Studies from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where I was honored with the Best Thesis Award (2022).
Alongside my academic qualifications, I bring 24 years of extensive professional experience within the Ministry of Education (MOE) Malaysia, currently serving as a principal assistant director at the Educational Planning and Research Division (EPRD) for 15 years. My ability lies heavily in educational policy, curriculum development, research methodology, and Malay language education. I am highly interested in contributing to your esteemed faculty/school of education as a part-time lecturer, tutor, or postgraduate thesis supervisor. I also have expertise in academic writing.
