Farahin Jannah Samsudin System Development & Documentation Specialist I am an Information Systems Management graduate with experience in system development, database management, documentation, and digital solutions.
I have hands-on experience in developing web-based systems, preparing technical documents, and managing structured information. During my internship, I gained experience in document preparation, data entry, and quotation management for clients.
I also have experience in developing Written Instructional Materials (WIM) for Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) Level 4 Cyber Security, including instructional documents and assessment materials. I am committed to delivering accurate, organized, and quality work based on client requirements.
