Answering inbound calls from all over Malaysia pertaining to billings, subscriptions and related products. Also assist on technical troubleshoot and customer complaints.
Answering inbound and outbound calls from Malaysia and Singapore pertaining customer inquiry, credit problems, order status, assist customer complaints and etc.
Currently working as a back-end processing. Process and give the approval for the waiver application that submitted through phone system. Handling outbound calls to inform the status of the request.
Doing outbound call to new and existing customer to cross sell customer need based financial product (personal loan) using consultative selling technique
