My professional background spans two key areas. First, as an Admin Assistant and Driver at DPBS Holdings Sdn Bhd for over 10 years (February 2008 – July 2018), where I was responsible for daily office operations including file management, data entry, document preparation, and also served as personal driver to the company’s CEO, supporting meetings and site visits. Second, as Person In Charge cum Supervisor at Revolution Holdings (November 2020 – July 2025), where I led the daily operations of the warehouse and hub, overseeing parcel in-and-out records, monitoring staff SOP compliance, managing the recruitment process, and preparing weekly and monthly reports for submission to HQ.
In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in Microsoft Word (80%) and Microsoft Excel (80%) for reporting and documentation purposes. I also possess strong competencies in team building, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am fluent in both Bahasa Melayu (100%) and English (60%), and am fully capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
