Responsbilities:-
* Develop and maintain relationship with international labels and Repertoire Owners (RO) to deliver a high level of service
* Responsible for all aspects of release set up and scheduling via close liaison with physical & digital / video supply chains
* Take ownership of set up, marketing & promotion of label services releases
* Oversee the Global release schedule process and ensure that all aspects of it are properly managed and scheduled in a timely manner
* Provide leadership, advice and support to internal and external label partners in respect of their relationship with ROs and their release schedule offering marketing and promotional advice for their catalogue
* Manage Global release schedule, including internal collation and circulation of all relevant internal information (deals, targets, accounts etc)
* Ensure timely delivery of release assets from external partners, and internal delivery into digital, physical & video supply chains, such that marketing timelines are met – preorders, instant grats etc go live on time
* Social media management across multiple artists, paid/ organic
* Work with digital marketing team to deliver bespoke marketing campaigns for label clients
* Compile release, promo & marketing updates and distribute as necessary to stakeholders
* Compile promo slate and playlist pitches for DSPs and video partners
* Project manage new release campaigns for a wide variety of repertoire
* Monitor and report back on sales and chart activity across territories, recommending action to be taken where necessary
* Responsible for stock forecasting, internal sales reporting, chart reports, ensuring chart eligibility of International releases

* Campaign Execution: Manage the flawless implementation of all on-air promotions, including integrated client sponsorships and station-led activations.
* Inventory & Planning: Maintain and update station planners and inventory management systems, ensuring all feature and segment ‘one-pagers’ are accurate and current.
* Financial & Prize Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end prize fulfillment process, ensuring strict adherence to internal winner guidelines while providing timely, accurate documentation to the finance department.
* Budget Management: Strategically plan and deliver major promotional activities, ensuring all projects are executed within agreed-upon financial parameters.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Operations Manager, proactively resolving inquiries and complaints from clients, listeners, and the sales team to maintain the station’s reputation.
Responsibilities
1. Event Logistics & Mobilization – Operate and manage the station’s promotional vehicle, ensuring it serves as a high-impact mobile hub for events and various company activities.
2. On-Site Supervision – Organize and lead daily on-ground promotional events, managing the setup and flow of activities at various venues to ensure a professional brand presence.
3. Operational Readiness – Maintain a high state of event preparedness by ensuring all promotional materials, equipment, and documentation are updated and ready for deployment.
4. Strategic Support – Collaborate directly with the Promotions Manager and Head of Special Events to help develop and execute creative on-ground strategies.
5. Brand Ambassador – Act as a subject matter expert on the station’s current and future programming, providing listeners with accurate information on both on-air and on-ground initiatives.
