lakxhana selva Software Engineer Portfolio: https://lakxhana-portfolio.vercel.app As a dedicated Computer Science (Hons) student at the National University of Malaysia, I am eager to find a temporary internship or job in the IT field to demonstrate my capabilities and further develop my technical and design skills. I have over 6 years of experience in coding and designing interfaces for small-scale projects. In my previous job, I learned the core features of the Spring Framework while refining my Java coding skills. I also learnt the fundamentals of GIT and how it is used to control systems while tracking changes in computer files. Specialities: Languages/Frameworks: C, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JS, Spring, React JS, Python, Cucumber, Maven, Selenium. I have undertaken multiple volunteer positions at youth-led NGOs, such as Zenerations MY, Caree Global and YME. I had the pleasure of working as a Social Media Director (Zenerations MY) and as Marketing Co-Director (Caree Global), where I planned social media strategies on behalf of the organisation in order to achieve organisation’s goals whilst simultaneously overseeing the organisation’s promotion and advertising efforts to build brand awareness. Whilst volunteering, I developed a keen passion for video editing and designing, which is reflected in my pre requisitioned knowledge. Softwares/Platforms used: Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, Figma, Canva I love learning therefore I am willing to seek out new experiences, skills and challenges that can potentially improve my abilities. Hackathons and Competitions are my go-to as they create an opportunity for me to learn and develop new skills faster while improving my management and presentation skills.
