LANG MUHAMMAD HAFIZ ADVISOR I am a passionate and versatile professional with a rich tapestry of experience spanning architecture, design, real estate, and finance. My journey commenced with a Diploma in Architecture, which laid the foundation for my career. I initially made my mark as an Interior Designer in Kuala Lumpur, where for three transformative years, I had the privilege of working on high-profile projects that included the opulent Jaguar Showroom, the sophisticated interiors for KWSP, and a luxury watch boutique. Each project was not just a job; it was an opportunity to blend functionality with aesthetics, leaving a lasting impression on clients and their customers alike.
Building upon my design experience, I took on a pivotal role at Uniplan in Penang, where I spent an impressive six years honing my skills in project management and design-build strategies. I successfully managed a multitude of interior design projects for upscale apartments and bungalows, but my crowning achievement was stepping in as the project manager for the prestigious Gurney Paragon Mall. This role not only challenged my leadership abilities but also solidified my reputation as a reliable and innovative project manager in the industry.
My career then took a new direction as I ventured into the real estate sector as a Real Estate Negotiator (REN), where I thrived in facilitating property sales and rentals, leveraging my design background to enhance property appeal. This experience paved the way for my current position at RHB Asset Management, where I provide strategic financial solutions to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of investment management.
In my quest for growth, I expanded my expertise further into takaful insurance with FWD Takaful, and I actively contribute to As-Salihin (Wasiat) by offering estate planning and will-writing services. Currently, I am proud to serve as a Zakat Consultant, focusing on the vital transition from PCB (Potongan Cukai Bulanan) to Zakat for Muslims in Malaysia. This role allows me to help individuals transform 100% of their PCB contributions into Zakat, thereby amplifying their charitable impact. Additionally, I fulfill my responsibilities as an Amil in Perlis, Selangor, and Penang, managing the collection and distribution of zakat to support those in need, reaffirming my commitment to community welfare and Islamic principles.
