1. Review photos of your desk setup and share general ergonomic tips
2. Teach simple 10-min daily mobility routines for WFH comfort
3. Provide easy checklists to improve screen height, chair support & posture habits
My Approach:
I focus on education, not treatment. I share general wellness principles I’ve studied from international ergonomic guidelines and online certifications.
