My professional career started as a full-time Biology students at University of York, UK in September 2014 and graduated in July 2017. My final year project is on offspring wingshape of crossed between Heliconius melpomene and Heliconius erato. I acquired many scientific skills while pursuing my biology degree such as using micropipette, preparation for gel electrophoresis and using green fluorescent protein (GFP) in identifying expressed gene in Arabidopsis thaliana as well as SPSS and Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test
I am grateful to land a job as full-time Biology teacher on January 2018 in MARA Junior Science College, Betong Sarawak which is around 4 hours driving to east from Kuching (State capital of Sarawak). My first year experience as a Biology teacher is valuable and great

Throughout my working, I also engaged in several co-curricular such as advisor teacher for school innovation team consist of 4 students. We did 2 scientific innovations which are (1) using Black rice waste water as acid-base pH indicator and (2) bioplastic made from sago rumbia. We won gold medal for 1st project, Black rice waste water as acid-base pH indicator on 2020 in E-NNOVATE and InSIDE University of Malaya. Also we won a bronze medal for second project (sago rumbia bioplastic) on Young Inventors Challenge (YIC) 2020
