Currently, I am working as a Technical Executive at KOA Denko, where I focus on final inspection processes, machine maintenance planning, and quality improvement initiatives. I am actively involved in resolving internal and customer quality issues, as well as improving machine performance through short time stop (STS) reduction and advanced image inspection systems such as Keyence and Omron.
Previously, during my tenure at Panasonic, I led and executed several high-value manufacturing projects, including a MYR 11.7 million compressor assembly line setup and a MYR 4.6 million machine shop expansion. I successfully implemented automation initiatives that resulted in annual labor cost savings of MYR 487,200, while also improving production efficiency and process capability. In addition, I managed machine transfer projects and cycle time improvements using structured methodologies.
My technical strengths include process optimization, equipment engineering, and data-driven problem-solving using tools such as SPC, 8D, and Lean Manufacturing. I am also experienced in working within ISO and IATF systems, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
