I worked as a graphic designer for two years with assigned tasks designing materials for printing (banner, flyers, posters, book covers, business cards, etc) and also helped in IT maintenance and event crews (planning, designing materials and event layout, set up and dismantling). After working for two years, I worked as a digital layout designer for 6 years, and promote to be a team leader after two years. Assigned tasks include creating articles in online editing websites for prominent global magazines from printed materials to digital platform. I also supervised designers under me as a team leader and attended daily stand up calls and meetings with my managers and out clients( I also sometimes chaired the meeting when my manager couldn’t).
We will review the reports from both freelancer and employer to give the best decision. It will take 3-5 business days for reviewing after receiving two reports.
