I also have a passion for graphic design, where one of my routine tasks is to plan and schedule social media posts. I have a degree in Business Administration in E-commerce. My marketing department was in charge of all the marketing and branding activities and also multimedia, including digital marketing (advertising, social media, SEO, etc.), building followers online, any marketing activities, including offline and online sales, multimedia (graphics and video designing), web development, also include online/indoor sales, generating leads, setting up automation, setting up appointments, working together with the sales team and also other departments, etc.
– My supervisor had set some work for me which was the evaluation of the training she had already conducted with Primula Hotel. What I had to do was to summarise the evaluation forms for each training conducted.
– Prepared GHS and ACE invoices for my Vice President Corporate/QHSE ’s review using Microsoft Excel
– Attained a meeting with the manager to discuss the invoicing plan and the method of approaching both of them along with creating and identifying the invoicing difference between Azimuth Centre of Excellence (ACE) and Azimuth Go Home Safe (GHS).

– Created some posters on our soft skills and my supervisor asked my production manager for some assistance to me since she needed the poster to send to people to tell them about our training.
