Naqiah Jefrey Ms In July 2023, I was selected as an Artificial Intelligence Trainer (AIT) for the Shopee Malaysia E-commerce Chatbot project, which highlighted my growth potential and capability in AI data operations. In this role, I was responsible for tagging assigned datasets daily, conducting calibration processes after tagging, and maintaining an accuracy rate of 90% and above to ensure high-quality training data. Due to my consistent performance and dedication, I was promoted in July 2024 to Validator (Quality Assurance) – Round 1. As a validator, I ensured that labels met quality, consistency, and guideline standards while also providing timely feedback and coaching to improve tagger performance and maintain operational excellence. In 2025, I advanced further to Validator Round 2, serving as a QA Validator responsible for overseeing quality standards, annotation accuracy, and process compliance across multiple AI-related tasks.
