Nusaibah Nasir Freelancer Hi. My name is Nur Nusaibah Binti Mohd Nasir. I’m 27 years old this year. I am looking for an opportunity to work in Administration or human resources assistant related position. I previously worked as an HR Clerk at JTEKT Automotive (Malaysia) on a contract basis, where I supported administrative and HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In my previous role, I was responsible for maintaining employee records, handling documentation for local and foreign workers, preparing reports using Microsoft Excel, and coordinating with internal departments on administrative matters. I also managed filing systems, ensured document accuracy, and supported daily office operations. These experiences have strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
My contract has recently ended, and I am currently seeking a permanent opportunity where I can contribute long-term in an administrative role. I am confident that my experience in documentation, coordination, and office support has prepared me well for an Administrative Coordinator position.
