• Lead the Installation, Configuration and Support of Oracle Hardwares (ExaCC, ZS7-2 & X8-2L) and Operating Systems’ Project for LOTUS’S Stores Malaysia Sdn Bhd just when they did the rebranding from TESCO.
• Used waterfall methodology to manage schedules, client reviews and approvals.
• Conducted the weekly progress meeting with cross functional teams in 2 different locations Thailand LOTUS’S Team (HQ) and Malaysia LOTUS’s Team.
