I am also a qualified auditor for GLOBALG.A.P. Fruits and Vegetables, with auditing experience throughout Malaysia. My professional background also includes knowledge of organic certification systems, environmental management, social compliance, and responsible sourcing requirements.
Before transitioning into certification and auditing, I spent nearly five years with Tradewinds Plantation Berhad as a Senior Assistant Manager, where I gained hands-on experience in plantation operations, team leadership, productivity management, and sustainability implementation. This operational background enables me to provide practical, value-driven insights during audits and certification assessments.
