I have hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting, including Windows installation and configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, printer and scanner setup, networking, remote support, and helpdesk support.
I am also developing my skills in web and application development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, Node.js, Java, Python, databases, and AI integration. I am interested in building business websites, web applications, management systems, booking systems, e-commerce websites, and customized digital solutions.
