*Design and implement data collection tools and processes. *Oversee data entry activities and ensure timely submission of accurate data from various departments or field teams. *Data Quality & Validation: *Conduct routine data quality checks and audits. *Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets. Database Management: *Maintain and update internal databases and ensure data is well-organized and secure. *Create and manage data storage solutions that meet privacy and compliance standards. *Data Analysis & Reporting: *Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. *Generate routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders, including dashboards and visualizations. Data Security & Compliance: *Ensure data is stored and shared in accordance with data protection regulations and organizational policies. *Manage access controls and maintain data confidentiality. *Capacity Building & Support: *Train staff on data management tools and procedures. *Provide technical support to teams in data-related activities.
