This role helped me develop strong communication skills, especially in handling different types of customers, resolving basic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In addition to customer service, I was involved in food preparation and quality control, where I ensured that all food products met McDonald’s strict standards for cleanliness, safety, and consistency. I paid close attention to hygiene practices and operational procedures to maintain high-quality output at all times.
I was also assigned to manage the Drive-Thru (DT), where speed, accuracy, and teamwork were crucial. My responsibility was to ensure smooth DT operations by coordinating orders efficiently, maintaining service time targets, and delivering accurate orders to customers. Through consistent performance and teamwork, our outlet successfully maintained a strong Drive-Thru ranking within Kedah, reflecting our commitment to efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at McDonald’s strengthened my ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively with a team, follow standard operating procedures, and consistently deliver high-quality service in a demanding environment.
