I’ve extensive experience in various areas including vendor management, process improvement, strategic sourcing, negotiation, inventory management, P2P processes, direct and indirect procurement, IT hardware and software, change management, procurement and contracts management, people & project management, Microsoft Office applications, AI prompt engineering, ESG procurement, data and spend analytics.
My formal educational background includes a Master’s of Science in Supply Chain Procurement with a Merit from the University of Bolton (UK). I’m proficient in English, Cantonese, and Malay languages.
With over 16 years of experience across diverse industries including IT, Oil and Gas, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Banking, Airlines, and Entertainment, I’ve have managed and led procurement teams both locally and globally. I’ve have successfully initiated procurement departments and handled significant spends, up to approximately USD 30 million.
My career objective is centered on cost optimization, innovation, and sustainable procurement practices. My aim to leverage technology, particularly AI, to enhance business processes and deliver innovative solutions to prospective my clients.
