zariff aiman Operation Executive I am a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in compliance, governance, and risk management. I believe that effective compliance and risk management are important in maintaining organizational integrity, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability. I value professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct, and I continuously strive to improve myself both personally and professionally.
Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration (Marketing) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Puncak Alam. Throughout my studies, I have gained knowledge in operations, finance, business ethics, and organizational behavior, which strengthened my understanding of how businesses operate and the importance of proper governance and internal controls.
Although my specialization is in marketing, I developed a strong interest in compliance and risk management because I realized the importance of maintaining accurate processes, following regulations, and managing operational risks effectively. I am particularly interested in understanding how organizations identify risks, implement controls, and maintain compliance standards.
During my internship at Luxasia (M) Sdn Bhd as an E-Commerce Intern, I gained valuable experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. My responsibilities included preparing sales reports, monitoring inventory, managing product uploads, and ensuring promotional campaigns were activated correctly. Through this experience, I learned the importance of operational accuracy, process management, and monitoring systems. I also developed analytical and problem-solving skills by handling sales data and identifying operational inconsistencies.
I consider myself a responsible, disciplined, and adaptable individual who works carefully and pays close attention to detail. I understand the importance of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability, especially when handling sensitive tasks and information.
