Project Desciption

– Assist customers with their inquiries and any complaints through inbound calls
– Liaise with appropriate departments if needed and following up with the customers to resolve their issues in a timely manner
– Promote bank products and services to the customers, (identifying customer needs and upsell)
– Be empathetic and respectful to customers

– Be flexible in working a rotational shift and servicing customers from regions: Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Bermuda

Requirements :

* Available immediately (preferred)

* Sales & service experience in a service-oriented / contact center environment (preferred)

* Must be able to comfortably speak, read and write in English

– 能接受轮班工作,并为来自马来西亚、新加坡、澳大利亚和百慕大的客户提供服务

要求:

– 可立即上班 (首选)

– ⁠销售和客户服务经验(首选)

– ⁠必须能够流利地说、读、写英语

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 – RM4,700.00 per month
