🎬 短视频剪辑师 — 房地产方向 (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)

House of Orange 正在招聘一位优秀的视频剪辑师，负责打造我们经纪人的个人品牌，把房产内容剪成让人停不下来的短视频。

这不是普通的剪辑工作。你要把经纪人的原始素材——看房视频、口播、豪宅空镜——剪出高级感、快节奏、让人划不走的效果。

要求：
✅ 精通 Reels / TikTok / Shorts，懂得什么样的画面能让人看完
✅ After Effects 熟练——速度斜坡 (speed ramping)、流畅转场、动态图形、文字动画
✅ 会做字幕、音效、节奏把控，以及前 2 秒抓人的开场钩子
✅ 懂房地产内容——知道怎么把房子和经纪人都拍/剪得高端
✅ 英文读写流利，能直接和经纪人沟通（中英双语优先）
✅ 剪辑快但不无聊——留存率就是一切

工作内容：
剪辑短视频内容，打造经纪人个人品牌，提升播放量和进线，让 House of Orange 成为社媒上最有质感的房产品牌。

Short-Form Video Editor — Real Estate (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)

House of Orange is seeking a talented video editor to build our agents’ personal brands by transforming real estate content into addictive short-form videos.

This isn’t your average editing gig. You’ll take raw footage—property walkthroughs, talking-head segments, and cinematic shots of luxury homes—and craft high-end, fast-paced videos that stop the scroll.

Requirements:
Expertise in Reels, TikTok, and Shorts; a deep understanding of what keeps viewers watching.
Proficiency in After Effects: speed ramping, smooth transitions, motion graphics, and text animation.
Skills in subtitling, sound design, and pacing, with a knack for creating “hooks” that grab attention in the first 2 seconds.
Real estate savvy: knowing how to edit properties and agents to look premium and high-end.
Fluent in written and spoken English for direct communication with agents (bilingual Chinese/English preferred).
Fast-paced editing that never bores—viewer retention is everything.

Responsibilities:
Edit short-form video content to build agents’ personal brands, boost views and leads, and establish House of Orange as the most stylish, high-quality real estate brand on social media.
