Project Desciption

This is NOT a rigid, corporate office job. This is a collaborative, dynamic role perfect for a student or freelancer who loves to learn new digital systems, language and bringing order to chaos.

I am an author looking for a dedicated, highly organized partner to work face-to-face and online with me on my digital files and workspace. The core idea of this role is working together. You do not need to know every tool beforehand—if you are excellent at following instructions, phocused, dedicated, and get a sense of satisfaction from lerning new structures, and ways of thinking, we will make a great team!

 Key Responsibilities

• File Organization & Decluttering: Systematically going through digital folders, deleting duplicates, decluttering old drafts, and sorting files exactly according to specific guidelines.

• Workspace Optimization: Researching and testing new  applications, software, or tagging tools to improve and organize the File Explorer system so everything is neat and easily searchable.

• Side-by-Side Collaboration: Working directly alongside me in a focused environment (in the KLCC area) to execute organizational tasks, data entry, typing, and keeping the digital workspace clean.

• Ad-Hoc Research: Running quick web searches for tools or information as needed to support current projects.

 Who You Are

• Organized & Dedicated: You naturally notice messy structures and enjoy cleaning them up (bringing order to chaotic folders and layouts).

• Excellent at Following Instructions: You can listen to a clear direction and execute it precisely, reliably, and efficiently.

• Tech-Curious: You are comfortable downloading, testing, and navigating new desktop organizer tools or apps on a computer.

• Trustworthy & Discrete: High level of integrity. Because you will be working directly on my computer with unpublished manuscript files, signing an NDA is mandatory before any workflow begins.

• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
