We are international travel company specializing in organized tours around the world for Chinese-Canadian travellers. Our primary clientele are Cantonese-speaking seniors who travel in guided groups.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cantonese-speaking Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, marketing, and tour coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools, and able to communicate professionally in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Update and maintain tour data and itineraries in Google Sheets
  • Assist with tour setup and organization
  • Manage passenger lists and booking information
  • Perform data entry from PDFs and files
  • Prepare operational reports and spreadsheets
  • Organize files in Google Drive

Travel Coordination

  • Check and verify flight information
  • Assist with travel logistics and tour documentation

Client Relations

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Cantonese
  • Handle basic administrative follow-ups with clients
  • Assist with internal communications

Marketing & Content

  • Assist with media production and editing (video clips or promotional material)
  • Help with Traditional Chinese translation and copyediting
  • Update website content using WordPress

Technical Tasks

  • Work with CSV files and spreadsheets
  • Maintain organized digital records and reports

Requirements

  • Native Cantonese speaker (MANDATORY)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Comfortable working with CSV files and structured data
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a travel agency or tour operator is an asset
  • Experience handling customer communication
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting
  • Basic video editing or media production skills is an asset
