Role Description

Part-Time Sales Representative / Business Development Partner – Malaysia Market (Remote, Commission-Based)

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Representative based in Malaysia/Singapore to help local companies with their hiring needs. In this role, you will identify and engage Malaysian businesses—across all industries—that are looking to hire talent in China or need recruitment support in Malaysia/Singapore . You will introduce our recruitment and EOR services, build relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers, and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for experienced sales professionals with an existing network in the Malaysian/Singapore business community.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect Malaysian/Singapore companies across all industries with hiring needs in China (e.g., tech, manufacturing, consulting, trading, retail, F&B, logistics, professional services) or in Malaysian/Singapore.

Introduce Aihire’s recruitment and EOR solutions to business owners, HR directors, and hiring managers

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored service proposals

Collaborate with our delivery teams in China, Malaysia, and Singapore to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution

Track sales activities and report progress regularly

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Existing network or access to Malaysian companies across various industries Strong understanding of recruitment services, HR outsourcing, or employer of record (EOR) services is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus) Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote/part-time capacity Familiarity with the Malaysian business community and local market dynamics is highly preferred
