Hiring: Cold Caller for Web Development & SEO Agency

Compensation: RM 1,000 Monthly Salary + Commission

We are a digital agency specializing in website development, SEO, and digital marketing services. We are looking for a motivated and confident cold caller who can contact local businesses, promote our services, and help us acquire new clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cold call local businesses and introduce our services.
• Identify potential clients who need website development, redesign, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Follow our provided calling scripts and sales templates.
• Present our services professionally and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain records of calls and client responses.

Salary and Commission Structure

1. Initial Trial Period

• The candidate must successfully close 2 paying clients before moving to the salaried position.
• During this initial phase, the role is commission-based, and no fixed salary will be paid.
• We will pay a 10% commission on each of the first 2 clients secured by the cold caller, based on the agreed commission terms.

2. After Successfully Closing 2 Clients

• Once the candidate closes 2 clients, they will move to our salaried working arrangement.
• The fixed salary will be RM 1,000 per month, plus commission, subject to the agreed employment terms.
