Project Desciption

We are seeking passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. As a Contact Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for valued customers in Singapore.

You will handle inbound calls assisting customers with their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer’s expectations and display ownership for customer’s requests
  • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers
  • Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products / services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers
  • Support Team Leader and Managers to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvements where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Malaysian
  • Speak English or Mandarin
  • Min 1.5 year of Customer Service experience in inbound call servicing field within the last 3 years
  • Good Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (12 Months)

Pay: RM3,000.00 – RM3,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Location: TRX, KL
