We’re looking for a compelling Content Writer who can bring our programs, values, and student experiences to life. You’ll write for students, parents, and educators—across blogs, web pages, emails, and guides.

What You’ll Do:

Research and write engaging content about our destinations, programs, and student impact

Collaborate with marketing and program teams to meet strategic goals

Maintain Rustic’s tone of voice: inspiring, clear, and mission-aligned

Edit and repurpose existing content for different platforms

Optimize for SEO when appropriate

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial writing

Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity and storytelling ability

Skilled in writing for different audiences and platforms

Comfortable working with tight deadlines and feedback

Passionate about service learning, youth travel, and education
