JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will be doing

You are energetic and people oriented. You will support our customers with their queries, resolve issues and play a part in the improvement of our products.

Administrative Setup for clients:

– Provide support to set up Hubble systems.

– Involvement in the system integration-testing phase prior to implementation.

– Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.

– Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

– Build relationships and interface between customers and produce agreed status updates.

– Protect the team from unnecessary pressure by maintaining a disciplined and logical approach to tackling the unexpected.

– Provide regular status updates to the internal team.

– Any other Support duties as required.

Technical Support for clients:

– Provide customer support by following up with queries under Hubble Care/Support.

– Provide first-level L1 support for incidents and end-user related enquiries.

– Escalate issues or incidents to L3 for deeper technical assistance.

– Give your best to represent end users’ needs and issues, escalate situations as required.

– Keep customers informed on the status of their request and guide them along for their best satisfaction and productivity.

– Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly.

– See through the issues from Reporting to Resolving.

– Keep CSMs informed of potential escalated issues.

– Ensure that all incidents are handled in a timely manner.

– All other Administrative duties.

What we need from you

– Bachelor’s degree.

– Customer Centric attitude.

– Good English (Verbal and Written) is a must.

– Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, not a must.

– Organized and customer-centric approach to problems.

– Someone with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and natural relationship building ability.

– Strong problem-solving skills, process driven and analytical.

– Proactive, looking to always enhance a process or way of thinking.

– Accountable, Dependable, working with a high level of transparency.

– Understands start-up culture – high-speed, hand on, data-driven, live and ever-changing.
