To manage and optimise the brand’s website — ensuring all product uploads, visuals, promotional updates, and content are executed professionally to drive conversion and brand consistency.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Website Management (Core )

  • Upload new products (images, descriptions, pricing, variants)
  • Update banners for campaigns
  • Maintain homepage layout freshness
  • Ensure mobile optimisation
  • Update sold-out items & restocks
  • Monitor broken links & UX issues

Product & Visual Photography 

  • shoot products photos ( studio / lifestyle )
  • Shoot short website videos (loop clips for product page)
  • Edit images (lightroom/photoshop)
  • Maintain brand colour tone consistency
  • Shoot campaign visuals when needed

3️⃣ Promotion Execution

  • Update promo codes
  • Set bundle offers
  • Create landing pages
  • Upload campaign videos
  • Update countdown banners
  • Ensure GWP auto-add is working

4️⃣ Conversion Optimisation

  • Improve product descriptions
  • Add urgency elements (low stock, limited drop)
  • Suggest bundle placement
  • Improve layout flow
  • Monitor add-to-cart behaviour
